Lisa is President and Chairman of the Board of Interlake Industries Inc., a leader in short to medium run metal stampings with facilities in Ohio and Florida. Lisa oversees all aspects of operations at Interlake Industries. She has vast experience in the metal stamping industry and has guided the company in its continued reputation of unmatched excellence throughout the regions Interlake Industries serves.

Currently, Lisa is an active member in the Precision Metalforming Association, contributing to both the Roundtables and Women in Metalforming groups. She also serves as a Board Member of the Lakeland Foundation and is an active member of the Women in Manufacturing Group. She previously served as a board member for the Precision Metalforming Association and Lake County Port Authority.

Mark Groenstein

General Manager – Interlake Stamping of Florida

Mark has been with Interlake Industries since 1980 and with Interlake Stamping of Florida since 1987. Mark earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration and has held numerous positions with Interlake Stamping over the years. Mark’s extensive background  with quality control, lean manufacturing and division management affords him the opportunity of providing support to our customers from a very experienced perspective. Mark also participates with direct sales support for the southeast U.S.

Dan Valentino

Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Sales Manager for Interlake Stamping since 2010 with responsibility for customer and prospect account management, quoting, and coordinating all Customer Service activities. Over 25 years of sales and account management experience in the Stamping, Thermal Processing and Fabricating industries, working for several organizations with locations in Northeast Ohio, and across the eastern half of the United States and Canada.

Developed and managed programs with accounts in variety of industries including; aerospace, agricultural, automotive, electrical distribution, industrial equipment, outdoor power, and truck components.

Tony Peters

Quality Control Manager
Tony has over 37 years of manufacturing experience of which 18 were in the capacity of quality manager. He is a ASQ Quality Certified Technician and has a GE Locomotive 6 Sigma Black Belt.
